On behalf of our client, a well-established Forex Company located in Nicosia, GRS Recruitment is looking to recruit a Client Relationship Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible to create a long-term relationship with the company’s clients and oversee a portfolio of assigned customers to develop new business from existing clients, as well as actively seek new sales opportunities. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist clients with queries regarding trading and the financial instruments available for use by the client.

Be aware of and be able to demonstrate ongoing in-depth knowledge of the financial markets, both technically and fundamentally.

Offer assistance, and training to the new clients on the Company’s platforms and trading tools available to them.

Build and maintain client relationships by understanding each client’s needs and trading profile and providing suitable support and guidance where required.

Liaise with other departments, when required, to escalate and resolve issues and/or report faults.

Contact clients to provide general market updates.

Utilize retention strategies to maximize client satisfaction and achieve monthly targets.

Carry out any further duties assigned by their line manager Contributes to a positive and dynamic working environment
CANDIDATE PROFILE

University/ Collage Degree
-
Holder of CySEC Basic/ Advance Certification
-
At least 1-2 years of previous working experience in a similar role

Fluency in English both written and verbal. Fluency in any other Eastern European language would be considered an advantage

Flexibility to work: 09:00 – 18:00 or 10:00 – 19:00
