MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Guide new clients seamlessly through product adoption, assist in setup, and lead them through onboarding, ensuring a positive and efficient integration experience with our offerings.

Provide educational materials and conduct thorough training courses.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of existing customers' evolving needs and requirements to effectively cross-sell and upsell products or services.

Proactively address customer complaints and concerns, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance overall customer satisfaction and experience.

Maintain an intricate understanding of our diverse product and service range, collaborating with customers to deliver solutions that meet their requirements.

Promote the value of our products by consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences, fostering enduring relationships.

Regularly communicate product improvements and updates to clients, actively gathering feedback to enhance service quality.

Cultivate strong relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as their strategic partner to help achieve their goals and desired outcomes.

Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, such as Sales, Support, and Backoffice, to ensure a unified and exceptional customer experience.

Drive customer activation and renewals, acting as the primary advocate for clients within the company, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.

Proven experience in client success or account management, preferably in the forex industry.

Deep understanding of forex trading, financial markets, and investment products.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Possess fluency in English and native language.
