GRS Recruitment are working with a CFD broker and are seeking to recruit a Client Support Representative in Limassol. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to clients regarding their Forex trading accounts, the MT4 and MT5 trading platforms, and other general inquiries. You will play a crucial role in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring a positive trading experience. If you have the necessary skills and experience, then an attractive remuneration package will be offered for this Limassol based Client Support Representative role.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist clients in navigating and troubleshooting the MT4 & MT5 trading platforms, including
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide guidance and support on account-related matters, such as funding, withdrawals, and account verification procedures.
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Compliance, and Technical Support Dealing, to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve the overall client support process and contribute to the team's success.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts.
  • Valuable skills include problem-solving abilities and maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Order placement, chart analysis, and technical indicators. 
  • To facilitate efficient responses to common inquiries.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Fluency in any other language plus English will be considered as an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a client support role within the Forex industry or financial services sector is highly desirable.
  • A degree in finance, economics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation with a positive and empathetic attitude.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and handle a high volume of client inquiries.
  • Basic knowledge of financial markets, trading instruments, and risk management strategies.
