With over 15+ years of combined experience in the online brokerage industry, our client is bringing business and technologies together to help their target companies reimagine their business using its creative business framework. For their newly established team in Limassol, they are currently seeking to recruit a Compliance Manager/Senior Compliance Officer. As a Compliance Manager/Senior Compliance Officer, you will be responsible in ensuring compliance with all laws and/or regulatory requirements.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Keeping abreast of regulatory developments and systematically, create, update, implement, monitor, and enforce policies, procedures, guidelines, manuals and provide effective advice, support, and training.

Manage regulatory reporting processes and liaise and coordinate with authorities and external advisors and/or clients of the Company.

Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering Laws and Regulations and Sanction and monitor and carry out due diligence and Know-Your-Customer (“KYC”) procedures and assist in the reporting suspicious transactions to ensure compliance with all applicable Laws and Regulations.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

A minimum of 3 years’ experience within the financial services, forex or fintech sectors

CySec Advance and/or AML Certification and/or any other professional qualifications will be considered and advantage

Fluent in English languages at a professional level

Creative and critical thinker, comfortable proposing innovative, constructive solutions to address business challenges.

Able to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment.

Collaborative working style, with the ability to identify and organize resources required to deliver on projects.
