MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor and ensure the company's compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures

Conduct regular compliance reviews and audits to identify and address potential issues

Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance-related matters

Keep abreast of changes in relevant legislation and regulations affecting the company

Prepare reports and documentation related to compliance activities and findings

Collaborate with different departments to promote a compliance-focused culture
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Proven experience in compliance, preferably within a legal or professional services environment

Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to the industry

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and high levels of integrity

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
SALARY AND BENEFITS

€26,000 - €36,000 Gross Per Annum
