Our client, a reputable Financial Services company based in Nicosia, is seeking for a Compliance Officer & Corporate Administrator to join their team. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Formation of companies to Registrar of Companies and ongoing administration
- Preparation and drafting of corporate documents (Minutes, Resolutions, POAs, Incumbency Certificates, AGMs etc.)
- Filing and updating the companies’ files within Registrar of Companies e-Filing system / counter
- Filing of corporate changes of within Registrar of Companies e-Filing system / counter (Directors, Shareholders, Registered office address etc.)
- Registration of companies to ARIADNI and operation of ARIADNI portal and the e-Filing system of the Registrar of Companies (UBO REGISTER)
- Arranging for legalization of documents (certifying officer, Apostille)
- Liaising with organizations, governmental departments etc.
- Organizing courier and mail correspondence
- Filing, maintaining and updating the company’s records, systems, files etc. (in paper and digital form)
- Performing of any other duties as required
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- University degree / Diploma in Business Administration
- 2 years of experience in the field of corporate administration
- Fluent in both English and Greek
- Experience in opening of bank accounts
- Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and high attention to detail
- Responsibility and reliability
