MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Administration services to corporate clients
-
Preparing documentation for the incorporation of companies

Filing documentation to effect corporate structure changes
-
Maintaining a company’s statutory registers
-
Drafting resolutions and minutes
-
Obtaining Know Your Client documentation and transaction monitoring
-
Other ad hoc assignments
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Minimum two years’ experience in a similar position
-
Committed, team player, with good communication and interpersonal skills
-
Fluent in both verbal and written business English and Greek.

Computer literate and ability to use software applications effectively
