DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare M&A and relevant forms for standard company formation;
- Prepare documents related to corporate changes for review;
- Liaise with the MBR to implement corporate changes;
- Participate in the mail forwarding process as part of the registered office service;
- Assist with the bank account opening process, liaise with clients to obtain relevant information, and communicate with banks and financial institutions;
- Develop relationships with client personnel to facilitate the completion of work and respond promptly and professionally to client requests for information;
- Follow engagement cycle processes and procedures.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- MQF Level 4 qualification in a relevant subject;
- Ideally 2 years’ experience in a similar role;
- Basic working knowledge of the fundamentals of Maltese company law’ and the practical implications of corporate services;
- Basic understanding of forms required by the MBR.
