On behalf of our client, a reputable Corporate Services company based in Nicosia, GRS Recruitment are seeking a Senior Corporate Administrator - Russian Speaker. Our client renders professional company services for incorporation and administration in Cyprus and other jurisdictions. This position involves a combination of hands-on customer engagement and leadership, including managing a small team of 3 people and being responsible for back-office and other related tasks. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIIES
- Arrange and carry out all Company processes necessary for efficient completion of customer orders for incorporation of companies in Cyprus, liaise with the Company Register, etc.
- Assisting for carrying out compliance review, interacting with the Cyprus Bar Association and banks, including within introducer agreements, and certify documents for banks
- When necessary, perform duties of the Nominee Director, Nominee Shareholder, and at times act as a bank account custodian in the administered companies
- Perform administrative functions, namely, prepare and file corresponding documents and reports to the Cyprus authorities and government institutions, etc.
- Liaise with the relevant Cyprus contacts required for the efficient office operation, i.e. advocates, notaries, auditors, etc.
- Communicate directly with the Company’s clients concerning their orders and other related matters
- Bring new clients into the company
- File and/or receive corporate documents, company certificates, certified copies and other documents from the Cyprus registrar
- Prepare sets of documents and carry out all procedures related to opening and managing bank accounts of the Company’s clients
- Search and recommend qualified staff for performing nominee functions (if necessary); set up work with nominees
- Arrange legalization and apostilling of documents
- Interact with other Company’s offices concerning any matters regarding business processes of the Cyprus office, including financial ones
- Carry out other duties that may be necessary for the efficient company operation.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- At least 5 years in the industry, perfect knowledge of the business specifics, and experience of working with different jurisdictions
- Fluent English and Russian both spoken and written; knowledge of Greek will be a very strong advantage
- Perfect knowledge of corporate service procedures
- Good communication skills, ability to deal with clients and be customer-focused
- Ability to stay within deadlines and solve difficult tasks
- Outstanding organizational skills, ability to multitask and be result-oriented
- Developed administrative skills, ability to self-develop
- Ability to set objectives and monitor the performance of subordinates
- High discipline and working capacity; stress-resistance, persistence
