MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish and manage processes and timelines for content development and curation, ensuring top-tier event programs.

Curate and design content journeys tailored to audience interests and learning levels, making every session engaging and relevant.

Conduct in-depth market research to develop content that aligns with event strategies and audience demographics, maximizing attendee engagement and learning.

Identify and establish connections with industry leaders and top brands to secure high-profile speakers.

Oversee the entire speaker account management process as the main point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.

Organize and manage all speaker logistics, from participation details to on-site coordination.

Manage deadlines and dependencies to ensure timely completion of all event milestones.

Execute the event agenda on-site, coordinating with AV and stage production vendors to ensure seamless schedule adherence, handling speaker hospitality, and managing any on-the-spot challenges like no-shows or technical issues.

Maintain a resource center and content management tool for effective planning and post-event leverage.

Work closely with sales, marketing, event production, and development teams to oversee all content aspects and ensure a cohesive event experience.

Organize and manage all communication with speakers, including invitations, guidelines, and post-show follow-ups, while also managing design elements like social media graphics and event screens.

Keep the event website’s agenda section up to date, ensuring schedules and speaker information are accurate.

Produce and contribute to pre-event marketing materials, generating excitement and driving session registrations through engaging content.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Solid experience in a similar role.

Proficiency in designing event agendas, identifying and managing speakers, and creating engaging conference experiences.

Strong research capabilities to gather industry insights, real-life examples, and case studies to enhance event content.

Experience in content curation and/or project management, particularly for large-scale events.

Understanding of financial markets, online trading, fintech, and cryptocurrency.

Public speaking skills, including the ability to host and introduce speakers.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
