DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.

Manage project specifications, tendering, contractor selection, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

Oversee procurement, logistics, and day-to-day construction activities, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.

Ensure compliance with planning, permitting, regulatory, quality, and health & safety requirements.

Identify project risks and resolve technical, design, and construction issues efficiently.

Lead on-site teams, promoting high standards of safety, quality, and accountability.

Review and improve construction methods, processes, materials, and workflows to enhance efficiency.

Manage contracts, variations, additional works, claims, and related commercial matters.

Prepare project updates, cost estimates, forecasts, and reports for senior management and key stakeholders.

Conduct regular quality inspections and oversee project completion, handover, and client sign-off.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, ideally within the real estate sector.

Strong understanding of construction processes, project management principles, and health & safety regulations.

Excellent organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Valid relevant construction or project management certifications are desirable.
SALARY AND BENEFITS

€40,000 - €50,000 Gross Per Annum
