A well-established real estate developer is looking for an experienced Construction Site Foreman to supervise residential construction projects in Larnaca and Protaras. You will represent the developer on site and supervise the execution of works by the main contractor and subcontractors. The role focuses on quality control, site coordination, progress monitoring, and compliance, ensuring all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, contracts, and Cyprus regulations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise daily construction activities by contractors and subcontractors

Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and contracts

Monitor quality of workmanship, including structure, finishes, waterproofing, and MEP coordination

Track construction progress against approved schedules and coordinate between contractors, consultants, and the developer’s team

Attend site meetings and assist in resolving technical and coordination issues

Verify readiness of works prior to inspections and concrete pours

Prepare daily and weekly site reports on progress, manpower, materials, and issues

Assist with interim payment verification, snagging, handovers, and defect-liability follow-up

Monitor compliance with Cyprus health & safety regulations and ensure proper site organisation
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
7+ years experience in construction site supervision in Cyprus

Strong knowledge of concrete works, finishes, and basic MEP coordination
-
Ability to read drawings and identify defects
-
Experience in residential or mixed-use projects
-
Greek & English, valid driving licence
