A leading real estate organization with a strong presence in Cyprus and part of an international network operating in over 110 countries is seeking a talented and motivated professional to join its team in Limassol as the Content Creator. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Create high-quality visual content using Photoshop and other graphic design tools

Operate a drone for aerial photography and videography

Photograph and film residential and commercial properties

Edit photos and videos, producing engaging property videos and social media reels

Write targeted and engaging content for the company website and blog

Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts
-
Monitor and follow up on marketing plan actions and allocated budgets

Assist in the planning and organization of company events

Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive team environment
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Multimedia, or a related field
-
Minimum of three years’ experience in Marketing or Advertising (considered an advantage)

Strong knowledge of Photoshop, graphic design and video editing

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills

Team-oriented mindset with the ability to interact professionally across departments

High level of organization, punctuality, integrity, and professionalism

Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 13:00/14:30 – 18:00
