A well-established traditional brokerage firm based in Limassol is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a highly organised and detail-oriented Corporate Administrator/ Paralegal to support the firm’s corporate and legal operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing Cyprus corporate administration matters, maintaining statutory and compliance records, coordinating legal documentation and supporting cross-jurisdictional corporate activities in a fast-paced and professional environment.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Cyprus Corporate Administration (Registrar of Companies)

Prepare, file and follow up on corporate submissions with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies (changes, annual maintenance, certificates, extracts, UBO-related matters where applicable)

Coordinate and track corporate deadlines, filings and approvals

Maintain statutory registers, corporate records and document archives in a clean, audit-ready state

Liaise with corporate service providers, agents and external counsel in Cyprus and other jurisdiction

Collect, validate and organise KYC / corporate documents requested by banks, auditors, counterparties and partners

Coordinate notarisation, apostille/legalisation, certified copies and translations when needed

Draft and manage standard legal documents (NDAs, service agreements, basic commercial contracts, internal templates)

Prepare board/shareholder resolutions, minutes, powers of attorney and supporting corporate documents

Support contract execution workflows (e-signature, version control, document tracking)

Support day-to-day administrative tasks, document circulation and internal coordination

Ensure confidentiality and careful handling of sensitive information
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor's degree in Law will be considered an advantage

Previous working experience in roles such as company secretarial, paralegal, legal operations or corporate administration within law firms or in-house.

Practical experience with Cyprus Registrar filings and corporate documentation

Fluency in English and Greek (written and spoken). Fluency in Russian will be considered an advantage.

High attention to detail, strong follow-up habits, and comfort managing multiple deadlines

Confident with MS Office (Word/Excel) and document tools (e-sign/ PDF/ file management)

Experience supporting entities across multiple jurisdictions is a plus

Familiarity with compliance/KYC workflows and working in a regulated environment is a plus
