We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Administrator to join our client’s growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of corporate clients, maintaining corporate records, liaising with clients, banks, and regulatory authorities, and assisting with various corporate and administrative matters. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintaining corporate files and filing
  • Drafting internal documents including resolutions/minutes
  • Correspondence with clients via email/telephone
  • Working with local authorities, banks, agents worldwide, tax office, Registrar of Companies
  • Completing Registrar of Companies forms
  • Liaising with Financial Institutions regarding the opening of Client Bank Accounts
  • Answer phones, working with couriers
  • Administrative tasks, i.e., scanning, copying, etc.
  • Arranging apostille certifications
  • Any other ad hoc duties that may require the Corporate Administrator’s assistance
  • Assistance in escrow deals
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Holder of Bachelor Degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Corporate Administrator role at a law firm or corporate service providing companies
  • Fluency in English written and verbal. Fluency in Russian and Greek language will be considered as a major advantage
  • Computer literacy and good command of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong attention to details skills
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Team player, positive attitude, and approachable personality
  • Credibility and high integrity of character
