A CySEC regulated Administration Service Providing company is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment and are looking for a Corporate Administrator to join their Nicosia based team. As a Corporate Administrator you will need to require a professional level of English and Greek language, both written and verbal. If you come from a corporate background, then a competitive package will be offered for this Nicosia based role.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Dealing with day to day matters with the Cyprus Registry (Company incorporation, Name application, Change of Shareholders/Directors/Registered Office/Secretary/Articles, Submission of FS, change of share capital, Ordering of new certificates)
  • Dealing with other relevant matters to Cyprus companies
  • Maintenance of statutory registers.
  • Updating and maintaining of electronic and physical files and system files/ company profiles
  • Provision of administrative assistance during the communication between Auditors, Accountants, inhouse Client Accounts dept
  • Support our clients in areas of company formation and preparation of relevant documents
  • Working as part of a small team to achieve the departmental standards and targets
  • Taking responsibility for own personal development, in line with agreed annual performance appraisal objectives
  • Other duties as may be required from time to time in accordance with the demands of the role and development of the services provided.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Minimum of 5-years’ experience in a similar position
  • Good understanding of Compliance and KYC requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience with Quorum software seen as an advantage
  • Good organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Accurate with good attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Be flexible and ability to adapt easily

  • Working hours: Monday – Thursday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm and Fridays 08:00 – 14:00pm
