An International Law Firm with over 20 years of experience covering the legal advice and bespoke tax planning is looking for an Investment Migration Senior Officer to join their team in Malta. You will be required to maintaining client relationship and risk management within the firm and coordination of clients’ other legal and tax queries with different practice groups by the firm with a specific focus. The ideal candidate will have experience in strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and experience in dealing with foreign client’s background. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Providing professional immigration assistance to the clients of the assistance HNWIs with relocation to Malta, client relationship
  • Management within the firm and coordination of clients’ other legal queries with different practice groups
  • Maintaining client relationship and risk management within the firm and coordination of clients’ other legal and tax queries with different practice group
  • Liaising with local immigration authorities, on behalf of clients
  • Redesigning of service in response to business needs
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Experience in dealing with foreign clients
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service required
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, CRM or practice management systems.
