MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Administration of international and local clients’ portfolio

Handling day to day operations of client companies in Cyprus and abroad

Being the direct point of contact with the client
-
Liaising with governmental authorities, registered agents and the registrar of companies
-
Maintaining up-to-date company records
-
Drafting board and shareholders’ resolutions, minutes of meetings and powers of attorney
-
Arranging calling of meetings of the board and shareholders and execution of documentation
-
Updating company registers
CANDIDATE PROFIL
-
A minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position
-
Fluent in Greek and English languages
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Good computers skills, knowledge of the Quorum software will be considered an advantage.
