MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Overseeing financial strategies, including invoice processing, expense reporting, and budget management.

Managing transactions across multiple bank accounts, including payroll, payments to service providers, and internal fund transfers.

Coordinating with local and international banks for account setup, account management, and compliance with KYC requirements.

Collaborating with CY/US tax advisors to ensure accurate and timely tax filings and payments.

Preparing and updating corporate paperwork for submission to the Registrar of Companies and BO Registry.

Supporting the CFO and CIO with financial reporting and analysis.

Reviewing and organizing financial and legal documents during audits in coordination with the finance department.

Assisting the legal team in drafting resolutions, Powers of Attorney (PoAs), and other essential legal documents.

Ensuring corporate compliance by maintaining and updating all required documentation.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

At least 2 years of relevant experience

Knowledge of Accounting will be considered as an advantage

Fluent in Greek and English languages
