GRS are assisting a corporate services firm to look for an experienced Corporate Administrator to join their team in Nicosia. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Performing corporate services and administration for entities in different jurisdictions including incorporation, on-going corporate matters and dissolution/liquidation.
  • Reviewing and preparing forms and documentation for submission with the office of the Cyprus Registrar of Companies, overseas companies authorities and registers, banks etc.
  • Reviewing, drafting and preparation of various corporate documents, such as minutes, resolutions, agreements, powers of attorney, registers and letters.
  • Arranging for execution, certification and legalization of documents.
  • Maintaining due diligence processes during client on-boarding and on on-going basis during the engagement, as well as supervising the KYC procedures of the Company according to the applicable laws.
  • Maintaining clients’ files and providing necessary documents to team members and counterparties as requested.
  • Communicating with different government offices, financial institutions, agents and services providers, and other counterparties.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • At least 3 years of previous experience in Corporate Services.
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Economics or any other relevant field. Degree in Law and knowledge of Cyprus and international legislation in the field of corporate law is advantage.
  • CySEC AML Compliance certificate or ICPAC AML-CFT certificate is an advantage.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English languages.
  • Eligibility to work in Cyprus.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
  • Perfect planning and time-management skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
  • Result-oriented.
