DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Advising clients on corporate and commercial matters.

Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.

Company incorporations, reorganisations, and restructurings.

M&A transactions and legal due diligence.

Corporate governance and ongoing compliance.

Liaising with regulators, financial institutions, and professional advisers.

Supporting international clients establishing and expanding operations in Cyprus.

Working on innovative projects involving technology, AI and international investment.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor's degree in Law.
-
Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.

Proven experience in corporate and commercial law.

Commercially minded with a practical approach to solving complex business matters.

Strong communication skills with confidence in advising and liaising with international clients.

Excellent drafting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

€32,500 - €45,500 Gross Per Annum
