MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Application of compliance procedures and filing of compliance reports to CySEC
-
Management of client relationship and corporate portfolio
-
Legal drafting and review of agreements, resolutions, PoAs
-
Filing of forms to Tax authorities and Registrar of Companies
-
Liaison with banks for account opening and payment processing
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Education at bachelor’s level: Law, Accounting, Tax, Management or equivalent and/or previous experience in similar role

AML CySEC certificate holder
-
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Greek and English
-
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, working as part of a team
-
Punctual, reliable, able to multi-task

Excellent Computer literacy
