GRS Recruitment are working with a well-established Service provider in Limassol who are searching to recruit an Office and Corporate Administrator to join the team in Limassol. For this role we are looking for a professional individual with at least 1 year of relevant experience. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Registration of companies/employees to vat Department, Inland revenue Department and social insurance Department
  • Preparation of letters for issuing certificates to vat Department, Inland revenue Department and social insurance Department
  • Filing of documents to cabinet
  • Answering phone calls
  • Other secretarial duties
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Capacity for independent decision-making, multitasking, and flexibility.
  • Proficiency in Greek and English languages
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, honesty, and reliability.
  • Proactive and self-initiating work approach
