Are you passionate about making a difference in the maritime industry through health and wellbeing services? We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Health & Wellbeing Services Coordinator to join our team in Limassol. In this role, you will work closely with the Health & Wellbeing Services Manager, coordinating essential programs like Medical Advisory, Mental Health Support, Nutrition Consultancy, Public Health, Medical Chest Management, and Drug & Alcohol Testing for vessels. This is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on maritime professionals' lives.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Service Delivery:
  • Oversee the enrolment of new vessels into various health and wellbeing programs, ensuring seamless service delivery, including medical advice, mental health support, nutrition consultancy, and more.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and service providers, ensuring smooth communication and successful implementation of all health-related services.
  • Quickly and efficiently assist clients with inquiries regarding the services provided.
Program Administration:
  • Maintain and update databases to ensure accurate and timely information is available.
  • Raise purchase orders and coordinate with the Accounts department on vendor and client invoices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to foster a positive and supportive working environment.
Other Tasks:
  • Take on any additional responsibilities as defined by management, contributing to the continuous improvement of the department and company.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Degree in Maritime Studies or a related field.
  • Experience in shipping and a solid understanding of maritime health and wellbeing services.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of personal integrity, a positive outlook, and self-motivation.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
