The successful candidate will have previous relevant experience in the accounting/legal/corporate industry and speak fluent Greek and English. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Phone management

Welcoming visitors to the office

Dealing with messengers, international couriers and other associates

Liaising with the Registrar of Companies, Certifying Officers, and other local regulatory authorities

Petty Cash Management and Reconciliation
-
Office Supply Control
-
Other duties as may be assigned by Management
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Previous working experience in an accounting/law/corporate services office
-
A diploma/certificate on Secretarial Studies although not required will be considered as an advantage
-
Excellent command of both Greek and English (this is a MUST) – Knowledge of any additional languages will be considered an advantage
-
Working knowledge of computer programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook
