A fast-growing and well-established law firm in Limassol, GRS are looking for a Corporate Clerk to join their team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years’ previous experience in a similar role in a law firm and/or fiduciary firm. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Electronic file management.
  • Filing of documents.
  • Tracing of documents from the archive.
  • Handling of mail correspondence.
  • Drafting of complex flowchart and diagrams.
  • Undertaking any other duty related to the above and to the provision of administrative services.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • A minimum of 1 year’s previous experience in a similar position
  • Excellent command of Greek and English language both written and spoken.
  • Excellent computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point).
  • A team player and a highly motivated person.
  • Able to work on own initiative.
  • Ability to deliver results and tasks in a timely manner.
