GRS Recruitment is working with a growing corporate finance boutique in Limassol that is expanding its team and seeking an ambitious Corporate Finance Analyst to join its growing business. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with 3–5 years of relevant experience who is looking to gain broad exposure to corporate finance, transactions and investment advisory while working closely with the firm's Partners and clients.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing financial models and conducting detailed financial analysis.
- Preparing management presentations and client-facing materials.
- Preparing transaction documentation and supporting materials.
- Attending client meetings and supporting client engagements.
- Supporting BD initiatives and proposal preparation.
- Conducting economic, market, industry and competitor research.
- Supporting transaction mandates, including due diligence, data room management and general project management.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in corporate finance, transaction services, valuation, investment management, audit or banking.
- A degree in Finance, Economics or a related discipline
- A professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CFA.
- Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to understand, analyse and clearly articulate complex business and financial situations.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office- Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A proactive, commercially minded and team-oriented approach.
- Fluency in both Greek and English
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- €30,000 - €40,000 Gross Per Annum.
- Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
