A boutique law firm with an international outlook are working with GRS to recruit a Corporate Lawyer. The successful candidate will a minimum of 2 years of corporate law practise, with fluency in both Greek and English. The firm has a diverse client base ranging in nature and size from large multinational publicly owned companies to privately held businesses and high net worth individuals and entrepreneurs. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Engage in High-Impact Legal Work. Draft and review essential corporate legal documents, ensuring our clients' interests are well-protected.
  • Shape Business Deals. Create and analyse corporate and commercial agreements that drive successful business transactions.
  • Lead Client Onboarding. Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for clients, ensuring full compliance with AML/KYC requirements and procedures.
  • Build Client Relationships. Act as a key liaison, providing exceptional legal advice and addressing a wide range of legal issues for our valued clients.
  • Collaborate with Top International Firms. Work alongside prestigious global law firms on complex corporate and commercial legal matters.
  • Client Meetings. Participate in and lead meetings with clients, representing our firm with professionalism and expertise.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Qualified Cyprus Lawyer. You possess the credentials and expertise required to excel in this role.
  • Experience. 2-4 years of proven experience in a similar legal role, demonstrating your ability to handle diverse responsibilities.
  • Deadline-Driven. Thrive under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Compliance Savvy. Strong knowledge of compliance procedures, essential for navigating complex legal landscapes.
  • Cyprus IBCs Expertise. Deep understanding of Cyprus International Business Companies is a must.
  • Legal Knowledge. Proficient in Cyprus Companies Law and practical procedures, with hands-on experience dealing with Registrar of Companies matters.
  • Bilingual Excellence. Fluent in both English and Greek, ensuring seamless communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Proactive and Ambitious. A fast learner, self-motivated, and driven to advance your career in a dynamic legal environment.
