GRS Recruitment are working with a boutique law practise who offer tailor made solutions and a personalized service to their clients focusing on corporate and commercial matters as well as immigration and real estate. For their growing Limassol team, they are currently seeking to recruit a Junior Real Estate & Commercial Lawyer. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and diligent individual. This role is ideal for a candidate with 1-2 years of experience who is eager to advance their career in the dynamic fields of real estate and commercial law. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of senior lawyers and be involved in various legal tasks related to property transactions, commercial contracts, and corporate advisory.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts related to real estate transactions, including sales, leases, and property development agreements.

Support in the preparation and review of various commercial agreements, including service contracts, joint ventures, and partnership agreements.

Conduct thorough legal due diligence for property acquisitions and commercial transactions, identifying potential legal risks and providing recommendations.

Maintain regular communication with clients, offering legal advice and updates on ongoing cases, ensuring client needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Perform legal research on real estate and commercial law matters, keeping abreast of changes in relevant laws and regulations in Cyprus.

Assist in the resolution of disputes related to real estate and commercial transactions, including litigation support when necessary.

Handle the preparation and submission of legal documents to various government bodies, including land registry and corporate registries.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

University Degree in Law.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in Real Estate and Commercial Law.

Admission to Cyprus Bar Association is considered an advantage.

Good communication skills.

Fluency in Greek & English languages. Russian language will be considered highly advantageous.

Creative and willing to develop.

Holder of Driving License.
