The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of legal tasks, including Cyprus Companies Formation, handle corporate transactions, advice on corporate law matters, offer nominee and director services, evaluate and monitor the compliance of the clients with regulatory and legislative provisions. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring.

Draft, review, and negotiate various corporate documents and agreements.

Ensure compliance with local and international corporate laws and regulations.

Support in the preparation and filing of corporate documents with regulatory authorities, such as the Registrar of Companies.

Conduct legal research and analysis to support corporate strategies.

Assist in advising clients on corporate governance issues and risk management.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
-
Client Advisory about personal or corporate relocation to Cyprus.

Conduct due diligence investigations for corporate transactions and prepare due diligence reports.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
University Degree in Law.
-
Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
-
3 or more years of experience with Corporate and Compliance Matters.

Ability to lead and manage a Corporate Department.

Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
-
Excellent knowledge of the English Language.
