DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide expert legal advice on corporate matters to clients.

Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Manage corporate governance and regulatory issues.

Assist in the formation and structuring of corporate entities.

Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients.

Represent clients in legal proceedings and negotiations.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Have a sound academic preparation in law;
-
Have a positive attitude towards clients and colleagues;
-
Be able to work well within a dynamic team;

Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management;

Communicate confidently and effectively in both English and French or German;

Have at least 8 to 10 years’ experience working in a similar position;

Work under pressure and to tight deadlines where required;

Possess excellent drafting and negotiation skills;

Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; and

Be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
