The successful candidate will have experience in Corporate Law, including administration of companies, who is commercially oriented and eager to learn and understand our business and the services provides. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Managing corporate work within the company, including management corporate transactions, reorganizations and restructurings, incorporation of new legal entities in new locations, re-domiciliation/closure/strike-off of existing companies, etc.
  • Preparation and revision of corporate and other legal documentation and reviewing and drafting of minutes, resolutions, powers of attorneys, agreements and contracts
  • Participation and support in the company’s KYC, translation / legal verification
  • Managing external legal consultants, agents and service providers for the administration of companies and overseeing their performance
  • Updating and maintaining company databases supervising, coaching and mentoring of Legal Administrators staff
  • Drafting internal legal opinions / memos and advising on corporate, commercial, contract and labor law issues and reviewing vendor relationships
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements of various jurisdictions
  • Arranging board meetings for Group companies and ensuring Group directors are sufficiently informed of corporate matters
  • Close interaction with and legal support of the company’s management, back-office and other departments
  • Research, anticipate and guard Company against legal risks
  • Other ad-hoc request as requested from time to time with the general level of responsibility of this role
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Relevant legal experience, previous experience in the Forex industry/IT companies would be considered as advantage
  • Experience of managing legal work in multiple jurisdictions would be considered as advantage
  • Fluency in English, knowledge of other languages would be considered as advantage
  • Self-driven and highly motivated individual, able to work independently
  • Solution oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong researching skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information
