A top-tier Legal firm is expanding their corporate & trust services department and are looking for a Corporate Services Officer.  You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients which covers the set up and servicing of companies and the administration of trusts. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and have strong attention to detail. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Administering an international client portfolio including complex structures 
  • Managing the set up and day-to-day administration of companies and trusts while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws in force 
  • Delegating & reviewing of work prepared by junior staff 
  • Assisting junior staff with technicalities of corporate process and identifying required changes 
  • Assisting with organizing of training and guidance to other team members 
  • Liaising with Internal Departments 
  • Liaising with external collaborators such as Directors, Accountants, Auditors 
  • Providing support to team members and Senior Management as required
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Highly organised and self-motivated
  • Excellent written and spoken skills in the English language, other languages are an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite will be an asset
  • Ability to work independently
  • Minimum of one year experience in Corporate Services, experience in customer services would be an asset
  • A team player
  • High level of attention to detail

  • Ability to observe the highest degree of confidentiality in the handling of information
