Our International Online Client based in Central Nicosia is looking for a detail oriented and confident Credit Control Assistant. You will be joining a team of financial experts who offer an excellent working environment. This position is a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be responsible for collections of VAT invoices for clients and maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues or complaints.   • Placing direct phone calls and E-mails to customers that have outstanding VAT invoices.
  • Ensure all reminder and follow-up emails are sent from our platform.
  • Work closely with the account managers ensuring their clients have settled outstanding invoices.
  • Reviewing monthly aging reports and identifying overdue clients who need to be blocked.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Punctuality and keeping records.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent negotiating skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Confident and the ability to place pressure tactfully on individuals and companies who owe money.
