MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing the development team (developers, analysts)
- Full cycle launch and development of a CRM system
- Designing the product architecture and logic
- Task planning and execution control
- Leading the project from both technical and product perspectives
- Participating in the implementation of AI and machine learning solutions
- Optimizing processes and improving team efficiency
- Collaborating with the business side and contributing to decision-making
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 3+ years of experience managing a team (Team Lead / Tech Lead / Head)
- Experience building CRM systems from scratch or complex B2B products with large volumes of structured data (registries, advanced filtering, reporting)
- Strong knowledge of Python
- Understanding of machine learning and AI principles (hands-on experience is a plus)
- Experience designing architecture for complex systemsEnglish fluent and native Ukrainian or Russian
- Ability to independently drive a project and make decisions
- Experience with product analytics or scoring systems is a plus
- Experience in FinTech or high-load systems is considered an advantage
- Experience launching products from scratch is an advantage
