Our client is looking for a Customer Engagement Hero. For this position we are looking for a candidate with extensive Customer Service and Account Management experience with a passion for support client needs. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicating with customers via phone, email, chat and ticketing system

Introduce Company’s product to preselected Customers

Present briefly products unique quality and aesthetics

Act both following up the reception of the products but also upon order placement when needed

Be able to independently address support cases regarding core functionalities, common “how-to” questions, and known issues related to the products
-
Providing knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability
-
Taking ownership of the customer experience
-
Talking to people and proactively solving issues, converting customers into passionate brand ambassadors
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Fluency with the English Language is a must
-
Customer Service/Tele-Sales experience is a must
-
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal and writing skills

Strong interpersonal communication skills

Be able to work well autonomously and take initiatives

Comfortable managing competing priorities with a high level of attention to detail

Patient and empathetic
