GRS Recruitment are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Relationship Manager to join our esteemed client, a well-established banking company located in the vibrant city of Limassol. If you have experience in Back Office operations and a solid background in Banking, this role could be a perfect fit for you!
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
  • Management and coordination of corporate clients’ portfolio
  • Prompt assistance and response to corporate clients’ inquiries via phone and e-mail
  • Management of banking operations, issuance of corporate cards, and registration of corporate clients in the virtual branch of the bank
  • Conducting meetings with current and prospect corporate clients
  • Preparation of documents as required by the General Manager
  • Updating files of corporate customers on a regular basis
  • Performance of other duties as requested
CANDIDATE PROFILE 
  • BSc/MCs in law, business, finance, economics or related field
  • Experience in a similar position is considered an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of the Russian and English language, verbal and written
  • Excellent Computer Skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PDF)
  • Excellent organization, planning and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail is essential
  • Responsible, trustworthy and committed individual
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
