GRS Recruitment is working with an innovative healthcare organisation in Limassol that is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, people-focused professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating outstanding client experiences. The successful candidate will become part of a small, dynamic team with significant opportunities for professional growth and development. You will be one of the first points of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience throughout their journey. You will support patient coordination, appointment scheduling, front-of-house operations, and concierge-style services while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and care.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Welcome and assist patients in person, by telephone, and via email.
  • Provide a professional, friendly, and personalised experience for all patients and visitors.
  • Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and reminders.
  • Coordinate patient schedules, diagnostic appointments, and related administrative processes.
  • Support the preparation of patient documentation and proposals.
  • Handle enquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist with patient concierge services, including accommodation arrangements and visit coordination where required.
  • Support the organisation of events and other patient-related logistics.
  • Follow established operational procedures and patient care protocols.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, administration, reception, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related discipline is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Fluent English is essential - Greek language skills would be considered a significant advantage.
  • Additional language skills will be viewed very favourably.
  • Strong computer literacy and confidence using technology and administrative systems.
  • A positive, proactive, and service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work effectively within a small, collaborative team environment
