On behalf of our client, a Legal Firm based in Malta, GRS Recruitment are seeking to recruit a Receptionist who will be responsible for a diverse range of responsibilities related to administration and support. The successful chosen candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and employee satisfaction within the organisation. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Greeting and providing assistance to clients
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
  • Assist with general administrative tasks
  • Handle all incoming mail and deliveries to the office
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Be organised and meticulous in their work
  • Excellent communication skills especially in English and Maltese, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
SALARY AND BENEFITS
  • €22,000 - €27,000 Gross Per Annum
  • Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
