A well-standing Oil & Gas company with offices in multiple locations globally is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a Customer Service Officer. This role is responsible for managing all sales support and customer service activities for assigned customer accounts, ensuring a seamless order-to-delivery experience and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Based in Limassol, Cyprus, the successful candidate will primarily support clients across Europe, acting as a key liaison between customers, Sales, and Supply Chain teams. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing customer inquiries, order fulfilment, account performance, and issue resolution while fostering long-term customer relationships.
  • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Attend to general inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, delivery surcharges and lead time
  • Partner with Sales team to understand and execute pricing and supply terms for each account
  • Manage the order-to-delivery process to ensure smooth completion, including coordination with Sales and Supply Chain team
  • Order follow-up activities, including submission of delivery notes for invoicing and outstanding payment monitoring
  • Maintain continuous and positive rapport with customers, monitor account performance and any changes in assigned accounts
  • Investigates and solves customer’s problems
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Degree or Diploma holder in Marketing/Supply Chain/Business Studies
  • 3 Years Work Experience in the Marine Industry is advantageous, but not mandatory
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Able to handle full cycle of order fulfilment and order management
  • Possesses Resilience and Perseverance to manage the multiple pressures of this highly demanding profession
  • Agile, Resourceful, Proactive, Good Communicator
  • Excellent both as Team Player as well as an Independent Player
SALARY AND BENEFITS
  • €24,000 - €30,000 Gross Per Annum
  • Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
  • Hybrid Work Model (3 office, 2 home)
  • 23 days annual leave and they are increased based on tenure.
  • Latest iPhone model is provided as a work phone.
  • Working Hours: 08:00-18:00 (2-hour lunch break)
