MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support clients with their ongoing needs
  • Updating and maintaining the in-house database
  • Working with a team to maintain high-end customer support
  • Following up on complaints
  • Placing orders on the database
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Fluent English speaker plus one of the following languages: German, Swedish, Finnish or Portuguese 
  • Customer care skills and abilities
  • Computer/internet skills
  • Good communications/public relations skills
  • Prior experience in customer service is considered an advantage
  • Ability to work shifts including night shifts and weekends
  • Ability to work both alone and as part of a team essential
