MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support clients with their ongoing needs

Updating and maintaining the in-house database

Working with a team to maintain high-end customer support

Following up on complaints

Placing orders on the database
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Fluent English speaker plus one of the following languages: German, Swedish, Finnish or Portuguese

Customer care skills and abilities

Computer/internet skills

Good communications/public relations skills

Prior experience in customer service is considered an advantage

Ability to work shifts including night shifts and weekends

Ability to work both alone and as part of a team essential
