GRS Recruitment is working on behalf of a regulated investment firm based in Limassol, Cyprus, who is currently seeking a Customer Support Representative to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a fast-growing financial services company offering an innovative online trading platform with a client-first approach and a strong reputation for compliance and performance.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide clear, accurate information on company products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Handle client onboarding, including KYC documentation and verification.
  • Resolve client issues efficiently and professionally, escalating when required.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions in internal CRM systems.
  • Update FAQs and knowledge bases as needed.
  • Communicate client feedback to internal teams to support product and service improvements.
  • Stay up to date with product features, trading tools, and regulatory policies.
  • Foster positive and long-term customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer support or financial services experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English (fluency required).
  • Additional European language skills will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong computer literacy and comfort with CRM or support systems.
  • Flexibility to work on public holidays (additional pay provided).
  • Monday to Friday 09:00 – 18:00.
  • Onsite role in a modern, professional office environment.
