DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting clients by updating documentation and personal details efficiently and accurately

Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with existing clients

Providing detailed, helpful product and service information helping clients make the most of our offerings

Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care

Assisting new clients during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth start

Collaborating with internal teams like Back Office and Compliance to ensure a seamless and responsive client experience
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Holder of a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
-
1–2 years of experience in a similar client-facing or support role
-
Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Organised, analytical, and proactive with strong communication skills

A problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
-
AML and/or CySEC certification is a plus, but not essential

High attention to detail, professional integrity, and a team-player mentality
