MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
- Respond to customer calls/emails and resolve issues quickly.
- Update and manage CRM records accurately.
- Coordinate account updates and operational needs with partners.
- Support customer notifications, renewals, and info campaigns.
- Work closely with Sales and Finance to keep the customer experience seamless.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Experience in customer service.
- Excellent phone, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Greek & English (written and spoken).
- Great multitasking and organization skills.
- Confident with Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM tools.
- Motivated, patient, proactive, and professional.
