MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing the drop-off and collection of parcels and envelopes
- Preparing bulk shipments
- Preparing pre-printed AWBs (Air Waybills for air shipments
- Tracking shipments to obtain delivery details and updates
- Promoting products, services, and solutions
- Handling customer issues and complaints
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- High school diploma
- Excellent command of the English language
- Computer skills
- Team spirit and a pleasant personality
- Good interpersonal skills, willingness to help, and politeness
- A customer-focused approach
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- €14,400 – €19,500 Gross Per Annum
- Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability
