On behalf of a customer focussed veterinary services, pet hotel and grooming salon, GRS are looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative, for their Limassol operation. The successful candidate will be a true pet lover, with exceptional customer service skills, with fluency in Greek and English. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Small animal handling skills – walk, hold, lift and put down on the floor with care, confident, empathetic, and comfortable manner around pets always.

Assist vets when needed.

Deal with calls and emails.

Veterinary clinic book appointments and prepare documents.

Book appointments for grooming
-
Show the pet hotel, check for availability, book reservations, check in and check out pets.

Sell pet shop products.
-
Cash register.
-
Daily cleaning of reception.
-
Remove animal feces & urine from reception area when “accidents” happen.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Excellent relationship with pets
-
Friendly, polite, honest, social, loyal, patient, passionate, creative, problem solver, organised, time management and communication skills.

Willing to learn information continuously and accept feedback from others.

Fluent in both Greek & English.

Hours of work are 12:00-19:00 with weekends on rotation.
