We are looking for a talented and experienced Customer Success Officer to join a dynamic team, focusing on building and maintaining high-quality relationships with clients. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background in Forex, Sales, or Customer Support who is looking to transition into a more service-driven, relationship-focused role (light sales, no aggressive targets). You will act as a trusted point of contact for clients providing market insights, ensuring satisfaction, and delivering a high standard of service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients

Provide clients with market updates, insights, and relevant financial information

Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention

Gather and utilize client feedback to improve service quality

Deliver presentations on products and services

Respond to client queries efficiently, resolving issues or escalating when necessary

Ensure all interactions align with company standards and contractual obligations

Support clients in achieving their goals through tailored solutions

Stay up to date with industry trends and financial market developments
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Degree in Economics, Business, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in:

Client Relationship Management
-
Sales / Business Development
-
Customer Support
(within Forex or financial services preferred)

Fluent or native German
-
Excellent command of English

Strong understanding of:

Financial markets

Financial instruments

Knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
