GRS Recruitment is working with a well-established Forex and CFD brokerage in Europe to recruit a German-Speaking Customer Success Officer in Limassol. Our client operates one of the industry's leading online trading platforms and is a regulated Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF), authorised and supervised by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to clients across multiple markets. You will assist customers with account-related queries, platform support, and general enquiries while building long-term relationships and ensuring a first-class customer experience. The successful candidate will be fluent in both German and English and be comfortable working rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00, Monday to Friday.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide professional customer support via live chat, email, and other communication channels to clients worldwide.
- Assist clients with account opening, account maintenance, and profile updates.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries, ensuring a high standard of service at all times.
- Support clients with technical issues and troubleshooting on the company's trading platforms, including MT4 and MT5.
- Handle back-office enquiries and liaise with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of client requests.
- Work closely with the Compliance team regarding account verification and customer complaints.
- Provide clients with clear guidance regarding documentation and onboarding requirements.
- Promote the company's products and services where appropriate.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure all interactions are documented appropriately.
- Escalate complex issues to management when required.
- Contribute to team objectives and support colleagues in achieving departmental goals.
- Undertake additional duties as required by the business.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a customer support, customer success, or client services role is considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of an additional European language will be considered an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5) is advantageous.
- Customer-focused with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to work rotating shifts between 09:00–18:00, 10:00–19:00, and 12:00–21:00, Monday to Friday.
