GRS Recruitment are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and energetic Customer Success Officer to join our client’s expanding team in Limassol. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for our clients shipping and maritime customers, ensuring they receive maximum value. You’ll focus on building strong, long-term relationships, offering strategic support, and helping clients achieve their goals. Candidates with a legal background or experience in client or commercial management are encouraged to apply. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their experience with The Hood Platform meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, providing them with the tools and knowledge to make the most of our platform.
  • Proactively engage with clients to address concerns, enhance their use of our services, and ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Respond to client queries, provide timely assistance, and work with internal teams to resolve issues effectively.
  • Track client engagement, generate performance reports, and recommend ways to maximize the value of The Hood’s services.
  • Collaborate with legal and commercial teams to draft, review, and renew client contracts, ensuring compliance and mutual benefit.
  • Identify upselling opportunities, collaborate with clients to expand service packages, and partner with the sales team on commercial deals.
  • Serve as the bridge between clients and the product team, collecting feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Educated to bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in law, business, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in client success, account management, or commercial management.
  • Ability to build rapport, manage client expectations, and communicate effectively.
  • Quick thinker with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to resolve challenges.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with the drive to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and make a tangible impact.
