DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Dealing with Customer Requests

Handling Customers’ administrative matters

Communication with Clients for KYC (Know your Client) documentation

Liaise with different departments for Client matters

Provide support to the Sales Department
-
Perform any related work as assigned
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Preferably a degree in a Business related subject with knowledge of either Banking, Finance or Economics,
-
Previous experience in Banking / Financial Services or other relevant industry will be considered an advantage
-
Holder of the CySEC certificate of professional competence will be considered an advantage
-
Willing to learn and eager to work
-
Be fluent in Greek and English language

Excellent Communication Skills

Team player

Ability to work under pressure

Computer Literate
